Nicole Bergstrom
Nicole, founder of Aivilo Web Solutions, has over 20 years experience in the web and information technology industries. Her specialties include business strategy assessment, content management system implementation and workflow analysis, accessibility compliance,monitoring and remediation (including Section 508 and WCAG 2.0), information architecture, web site usability, user experience (UX), user interface design (UI), and search engine optimization. She has project managed many initiatives for the Federal government, non-profit organizations and small businesses in the Washington D.C. region. Nicole Bergstrom’s specialty includes working with clients on developing the wireframes, information architecture and workflow process for web application and development projects including web content management system (WCMS) implementations. Her passion is in the area of web site accessibility. She is regularly called upon to analyze and test online information technology, educate leadership about the value of creating accessible products and assist with the training developers on how to create accessible code. Outside of growing her business, Ms. Bergstrom enjoys spending time with her three children, two cats and two dogs. She loves travel, skiing, listening music, reading, and volunteering for a variety of organizations.
Tony Boies
Tony serves as the primary web developer for Aivilo. He has created and maintained web sites and databases for the federal government and private sector over the past 20 years. His knowledge of LAMP, CSS, HTML5, PHP and JavaScript give him the right background for creating customized, mobile responsive web solutions. Mr. Boies is very skilled at implementing and customizing open source Content Management System (CMS) products including WordPress, Joomla!, and CMS Made Simple. Additionally, he has extensive experience in developing training materials using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Lectora Publisher, and creating/editing Adobe PDF documents. In supporting Aivilo clients, including the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center and National Student Clearinghouse, Tony has performed as a web developer with expertise in remediating and developing Section 508 & WCAG 2.0 compliant code. He splits his free time between getting outdoors to local lakes and digital audio/video editing, plus DVD/blu ray authoring.
Angela Aldave
Angela brings 11 years of artistic design and development skills to the team. As Aivilo’s Graphic and Web Designer she is instrumental in taking creative briefs and translating them into compositions of text and images that communicate information and ideas. Through her professional experience providing graphic and website design services in the DC Metro area, Angela is highly proficient with all major design applications and methodologies. She follows best practices in graphic and creative design to help companies establish brand recognition and improve company image. Angela’s breadth of experience makes her expertly positioned to design for a full range of media products including web sites, magazines, labels, advertising and signage.
Matthew Fall
Matthew joined Aivilo Web in the spring of 2017 as a web information architect intern. He is responsible for assisting clients in assessing their website needs and requirements, building web content outlines, and writing web page content. Matthew assists with setting up WordPress templates, building out web pages, and formatting web content to ensure ease of use and readability. He also designs business cards, marketing brochures, and fliers for various Aivilo Web clients. Mr. Fall is adept at Digital Marketing services including Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques. In addition to his current internship, he works as a Teaching Assistant of the Microsoft Office Suite at the University of Denver and digital marketer for the CMA Legacy Society. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys skiing, hiking fourteeners, basketball and traveling with family and friends.
